How Will My Order Be Delivered?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We will select the appropriate dispatch method and carrier when you order. It is not possible to choose a carrier or dispatch method. Most products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as UPS and Interlink. Upon dispatch, we will notify you via email and/or text with the estimated day of delivery and tracking number.
When Will My Order Arrive?
Most items will be delivered within 7-14days. After order placement, we will reconfirm those estimated dispatch and delivery dates on our order confirmation via email.
Upon dispatch we will send you a tracking number to track your package to your delivery point as well as update you with a more accurate delivery date.
How much will it cost?
We charge £7.99 – £45.00 for delivery of items depending on the weight and post code area. All fees are clearly marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.
Can I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our policy lasts for 14 days from delivery and signed acceptance of your item. If 14 days has passed after your purchase has been delivered and signed for, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless in exceptional circumstances agreed by management.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus any delivery costs incurred in returning the item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
What can I get framed?
Over the years, we have framed almost everything. Besides paper art, we frame paintings on canvas, needlework, 3D objects (such as sports shirts, christening gowns, shells, tools, fossils, plates, even flat screen TV’s) – most anything that you can think of. How long will it take?
Normal turnaround for custom framing is up to 14 days, however should you require your job prior to this we can normally work to accommodate you. Please contact us for further information on urgent jobs and availability.
How much will it cost?
Custom framing prices vary greatly depending on the size of the image and the framing profile selected. Each job is priced individually so it’s best to contact us with the size and preferred profile for an accurate price.
Do I need a mount?
The primary purpose of a mat is holding the glass off of the art. The second purpose is to provide a resting space for the eyes between the frame and the art. Our designers will help you select mat colours that will enhance, not overwhelm, the beauty of your art.
What glazing options do I have?
As standard, 2mm reflective float glass is used in most custom framing. Non-reflective glass and plastic glass are also available on request.
Can you repair my frame/ replace glass
Depending on the extent of damage, most wooden frames can be re-glued and pinned. We can also replace broken glass in picture frames and cut mounts to measure. Bring your frame and/or artwork instore for a perfect fit. If we measure it, we guarantee it fits!
